Our Story

Act Positive is an award winning company created in 2005 by Katharine Roff and Roger Hancock to deliver real change through drama based training.

The market is saturated with training organisations, there seems to be so much to choose from yet so few deliver tangible measurable change for organisations. We recognise the need for human based training that engages people in a real and meaningful way.

We have created a company that reflects reality through drama and then goes the next step by supporting effective behaviour change through strategies for success and rehearsal for reality. We provide ways for people to develop skills, knowledge, attitude and actions in a safe supportive environment and deliver sustainable behavioural change.
